For over 15 years, Real Estate has been my passion and profession, and it has been a true privilege to assist many clients with their goal to buy and/or sell their homes in Duluth and the surrounding communities. I understand it can be stressful with the current market dynamics, and all know not all moves are joyful and exciting. My expertise is in determining what is most important for a seamless moving process. I have helped many clients through difficult life chapters like loss and heartbreak, which necessitated listening to what they needed most at the time. ABOUT ME: I'm a home grown Minnesotan. I was raised on our family’s 827-acre farm in NW Minnesota. Many real estate situations can require cooperation, a down-to-earth mindset and the ability to adapt. All are foundational life skills learned from 'The Farm'. After graduating from college, I moved out of state for a period of time and, although I loved the mountains, I missed being close to family in the Midwest. This is what spurred my move to Duluth in 2005. Immediately I fell in love with the area and knew I had found my HOME! I began exploring real estate as a long-term investment opportunity, and I came to realize I had found my calling and became licensed in 2007. Through the past decade and more, outside of my active Real Estate Career, my husband and I renovated multiple properties. Our final endeavor was building our own customized energy efficient/green home here in Duluth. As a Realtor, these additional skills and past experiences have been invaluable to help educate my clients.

HOBBIES: When I am not busy being your Realtor, a handful of my hobbies include photography, traveling, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and canoeing. Any guess as to why I love the Duluth Area? Spending precious quality time with my husband, our family and friends is also an extremely important part of my life. Professionally, I am also active within the community, and volunteer my time to help with various hands-on local services projects and serve on a few local boards, that I'm passionate about.
